Affiliate Contract
Gift Cans Galore Affiliates Contract
By submitting this Affiliate Contract,
I hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions Listed herein and within the
Affiliate Program page.
Be advised! These rules may change at any time, by becoming Gift Cans Galore Affiliate you state that you agree to these rules and any upcoming changes, additions or deletions to these rules. Currently this program is only open to US residents The information in the submitted application is complete and true. I hereby apply to be a Gift Cans Galore Affiliate. I am at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. Citizen or resident. As an Independent Affiliate I understand that I am not an employee of Gift Cans Galore and that I am provided no guarantee of income or wages. Any income derived through my association with Gift Cans Galore will be based solely upon my own efforts to sell and market the products to customers. I agree to be responsible for payment of all applicable State and Federal taxes. I agree to comply with all Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to Independent Affiliates. I agree to promote and sell Gift Cans Galore products by personally conducting Home Parties, Online Parties, Catalog Sales, Vendor Fairs, Internet Sales, etc. I will conduct myself with respect and loyalty to other Affiliates by not pursuing their client base (unless their client base has approached me directly). I understand that I can sell and promote Gift Cans Galore products along side products from other companies, however I also understand that I cannot purchase products from? Gift? Cans Galore? and sell them under a different company name or re-package them in any way without written approval from Gift Cans Galore Doing so would be a breech of this contract and be terms for immediate removal from the program (this would also result in the loss of all/any pending commission or bonuses). I understand that if I sell or distribute any personal information pertaining to Gift Cans Galore or Customers it will result in immediate termination. I understand that if I receive $600.00 or more in paid Commissions I will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. I understand my name will be checked with several groups for being listed as a bad swapper, etc. If my name should come up as a bad swapper I understand that my Affiliate Application may be denied and kit fee refunded. I agree to not contact or purchase from any of Gift Cans Galore suppliers. Doing so will result in immediate termination. (This would also result in the loss of all/any pending commission or bonuses). If I choose to leave Gift Cans Galore I understand I will forfeit any pending commissions unless I give 30 days notice.
I understand that this agreement is binding to me as an Independent Affiliate, and agree to abide by the policies of Gift Cans Galore.
Any misrepresentation Gift Cans Galore products or services is subject to immediate termination.I understand that I may be removed from Gift Cans Galore without notice. If I am removed from the program for any reason I will forfeit any and all pending Commissions. I agree to any future changes to the Gift Cans Galore contract, policies and/or procedures. If I disagree with the changes, I will remove myself as an affiliate within 3 working days of being notified. I agree to meet the monthly Program requirement by having at least one sale or personal purchase via my custom url. If I miss a month I understand I will forfeit any/all pending commissions/bonuses for that month. I understand that if I am inactive for 2 consecutive months I will be removed from the program without notice and will forfeit any/all pending commissions and/or bonuses I also understand that it is MANDATORY to join the Gift Cans Galore Group as ALL pertinent information regarding the company and discounts are only available through said group. You will receive an invitation to the group upon being accepted as a Affiliate. I understand that if I own a company with similar product lines that offers a Affiliate Program that will be considered a conflict of interest and I will be immediately removed from the? Gift Cans Galore? Affiliate Program and forfeit all pending commissions and bonus' Advertising
Restrictions
The NOT'S if you are an affiliate, rep and/or consultant for a competing
site
~ NO listing competing sites on your affiliate main page ~ NO using the same advertising material online and offline for competing sites ~ When advertising online you can NOT include a competing site with any of your advertising. ~ You can NOT use Gift Cans Galore or Charmed Stores, tips, tricks, advertising info and switch it around to use for a competing company Competing site is another site that offers anything similar to Gift Cans

If you are caught violating any of the above your affiliate membership will
be cancelled and you will forfeit any commissions. This is just proper business
ethics. Please fill out Application Below - ALL Fields are required (except social security number that may be phoned in at a later time) If my Commission payments have reached $600.00 and I do not have my Social Security Number on File my account will be placed on hold and no orders can be placed until the home office receives my social security number! |
